➡️ Eastbound traffic will be detoured via Baltimore Pike → Bishop Avenue → Providence Road
⬅️ Westbound traffic will be detoured via Bishop Avenue → Baltimore Pike → Providence Road
🚗 Local business and private property access will remain open.

✅ Installation of a new concrete surface, ties, and rails
✅ Milling and paving for a smoother ride
